The concept of the wine label series was inspired by the iconic beauty of the Tihany Peninsula and the unique lifestyle that surrounds its lavender fields. The goal was to visually capture the idyllic atmosphere of the Tihany landscape and to communicate brand values through a cohesive series—while allowing each label to express its own distinctive character.
The “Lavender Rosé” and “Hello Tihany” labels were designed in an illustrative watercolor style, capturing the lavender fields, the iconic Tihany Abbey, the famous Echo Hill, and even local landmarks like Rege Confectionery, Villa Pisky, and the Echo Restaurant. The carefully chosen angles and color palette were intended to evoke an authentic yet romantic atmosphere that appeals to both locals and visitors.
The third piece in the series, “Sparkling,” takes a slightly different approach, yet remains visually connected to the others through the lavender-toned dress — a deliberate choice to preserve a cohesive visual identity. Its fresh and youthful vibe reflects the diversity of the target audience, while also emphasizing the individuality of the wine itself.
The dominant color palette features natural purples, greens, and soft pastels, evoking the unique character of the Tihany landscape. The refined, elegant typography reinforces a vintage aesthetic, perfectly matching the character of the wines.
This label series is more than packaging — it’s visual storytelling. Through its illustrations and delicate details, it invites the viewer on a sensory journey: to feel the scent of lavender, see the rippling waters of Lake Balaton, and discover the handcrafted spirit of Tihany.
